He let me stay with him, for I cooked him steak and curry with TWO meats! And then his oven died, and had I not recently cooked for him, so might he have done. His landlady fixed his oven by twiddling with its knob for 20 minutes. I hate to think what she’d do to Geoff’s corpse…
